How It Works

How we get your business found on Google and AI search

A walkthrough of how we make your business visible on traditional search and AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

    The Short Answer

Search used to mean Google. Now it also means ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and voice assistants. Ranking on all of them requires the same foundation: a site crawlers can read, structured data that describes what you do, and external proof you exist. We build all three and monitor which queries start surfacing your business.

    The Step-by-Step

    1. 1

      Audit

We start with a technical SEO, GEO, and AEO audit: can crawlers see your content, do you have structured data, and what does your presence on ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini look like today. You get a prioritized report and a score.

    2. 2

      Technical foundation

We make the site readable by traditional search engines and AI crawlers. That means prerendered content, canonical tags, JSON-LD structured data, proper sitemaps, and Bing submission. Bing's index is what ChatGPT uses.

    3. 3

      Content optimization

We rewrite or add content in the format AI extracts: question-based headings, standalone 40-to-60 word answers, citation-ready blocks, and pricing transparency. Tables and lists get cited at higher rates than paragraph text.

    4. 4

      External authority

AI platforms trust external signals more than self-reported content. We help you appear on Google Business Profile, YouTube, and structured-data registries like Wikidata, so when AI looks for proof you exist, it finds it.

    5. 5

      Monitor and refine

We submit your site to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, monitor which queries surface your pages, re-run URL inspections after every change, and refine content when AI engines start citing you for specific questions.

AI answer engines pull from Bing's index (ChatGPT and Copilot), Google's index, and their own crawl. They trust three signals:

    • Structured data, JSON-LD that tells the engine what entity you are and what you do.
    • Citation-ready content, short standalone answers, question headings, and numbers.
    • External authority, mentions and profiles on YouTube, Google Business Profile, Wikidata, and other sources AI already trusts.

    How Long It Takes

If your site is already crawlable, structured data and Bing submission can produce AI mentions in four to six weeks. If you're starting from a JavaScript-only site that crawlers can't read, expect eight to twelve weeks for crawlers to recrawl and rebuild their index. Building external authority (YouTube, GBP, Wikidata) runs in parallel and compounds over months.
